Shenzhen Fortune Venture Capital has entered into agreement with Sunbird Yacht, a China-based leading yacht manufacturer, on capital expansion in April 2009.

 

Sunbird is a leading yacht manufacturer specializing in small water crafts made from fiberglass. It plans to get listed on the stock exchange within the next two years.

 

Founded in 2000 and headquartered in Shenzhen, SFVC focuses on VC and PE investments in well-established Chinese companies having significant growth potential. The company presently manages a capital of about USD 2.9 billion.
