In April 2009, Fortune VC signed the capital increase agreement with Guangxi Bossco Environment Protecting Technology, Fortune VC intend to inject capital to promote the further development of the company in the Clean-Tech area.

Guangxi Bossco Environment Protecting Technology is leading sewage disposal equipment and related auto control integrated system manufacturer and wholesaler, it has formed a large scale sales network in the domestic market. Bossco, together with Guangxi University developed the new generation UMAR reactor which owns authorized patents from China, US and Canada, and it is widely applied in many fields: pulp and paper making, pharmaceuticals, starch processing, sugar and alcohol fermentation, etc. It is expected that Bossco will become the leader in the high concentration organic wastewater treatment industry.
